1. Fixed activate / deactivate fonts bug
   Activate / deactivate fonts sometimes failed under Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003. Now the bug is fixed.
2. Fixed TrueType fonts checking problem
   Some TrueType are checked to be invalid in v2.7. Now the bug is fixed.
3. Fixed OpenType fonts status problem
   Installed OpenType fonts with postscript outline format (*.otf) are checked to be unloaded in v2.7. Now the bug is fixed.
4. Changed help document.
